CHANGE IN DELIVERY ADDRESS UPON ORDER

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
- Item/s must be in good and marketable condition. Returns and or Exchanges will only be allowed if the item/s is/are returned with all tags still attached, unwashed and unworn. Item/s should be in original packaging.
- You can request for a return or exchange within 7 days upon receipt of the order.
- Notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and specify the reason for returning the item(s) and the colour and/or size for replacement.
- You will be advised if the item(s) for exchange is(are) still available. If available, you will be immediately advised and our courier will collect the items from you within 1-3 days.
- For damaged and defective item(s), collecting and return delivery charges will be paid by us. For exchange in sizes and colours, the customer will shoulder the shipping cost of returning and or exchanging the original item.
- Cash refunds cannot be made for returned items. They can only be replaced by items of a similar amount or higher.
- If we don’t receive the original item/(s) within 2 weeks of your request, we will cancel your request to exchange or return the item(s).
